Team responsibilities and ambitions
You’ll become part of a tightly connected team with a clear mission: to ensure high-quality, compliant production by reviewing and safeguarding batch documentation. We work closely with production to make sure everything is executed and documented in line with GMP requirements and internal procedures. Our responsibilities also include handling deviations, conducting root cause analyses, and driving corrective and preventive actions as well as change implementation.

Your work tasks
As our new team member, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining high GMP standards and supporting efficient production including:

• Review of batch documentation
• Support daily production
• Initiate deviations and perform root cause analysis
• Write, review, and approve GMP documentation
• Initiate problem-solving activities
• Participate in optimization activities on processes and equipment 

In addition to your daily responsibilities, you'll actively participate in cross-functional projects that promote continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with colleagues in QA, Engineering, and Maintenance, so strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.

Who are you?
We expect you to have an education as a cand.pharm or similar as well as general understanding of GMP production and documentation. We expect that you have a proactive, thorough, and analytical approach to problem solving. Furthermore, you must be fluent in written and oral Danish and English.

In addition, the following experience and skills are an advantage:

• Experience with GMP
• Experience with documentation
• Experience with production equipment
• Good people skills
