Student Assistant – Talent Attraction Department
Copenhagen Capacity is looking for its next student to join our busy Talent Attraction team.  You will be working with exciting and varied job tasks within attracting and retaining international talent and gain unique insight into the Danish business sector through our large network of corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities:As a pivotal member of our Talent Attraction team, you will:

  • Engage in proactiveoutreachto Danish companies to join our initiatives & fostering strong relationships.
  • Craft compellingnewsletters and company reports, enhancing our brand narrative.
  • Assisting with event management tasks such as ideation, marketing, planning, vendor management etc.

Candidate Profile:We are seeking a dynamic candidate who is:

  • Currently in thelast year of a bachelor’s or first year of master’s degreeprogram within service management, business development, organizational leadership, business administration, human resource management or similar
  • Fluent in English and Danish, with great communication skills both orally and in writing
  • Experience withHubSpot or similar CRM systems is a plus
  • Passionate about making a tangible impact on the lives ofinternational talent in Denmark

The successful candidate will be expected to start on the 1st of September. Interviews will be held ongoingly during August.
