Do you have experience managing projects anchored to a GMP facility? Are you eager to contribute to the development of a newly established project team in a production environment? Are you a proactive, self-driven, and hands-on person with great stakeholder management skills? Are you motivated by running various projects in close collaboration with specialists to optimize our production processes? Then, you might be our new Project Coordinator for the Drub Substance Manufacturing site in Kvistgaard.

Supporting changes in production processes

You will coordinate and follow up on a number of tracks that links to various projects. Some projects may be dependent on other teams’ projects, you understand this complexity and can keep the overview and secure full alignment. This requires good collaboration both with close colleagues and other stakeholders.

The projects will be related to different areas and processes in the Drug Substance facility e.g. introduction or development of various types of process optimizations and equipment. The large-scale production processes in our Drug Substance facility includes cell culture, virus propagation, harvest, and purification. You will work closely with Process Specialists and other Project Coordinators in the team and report to the Manager of Process Support.

  • Define project success criteria and ensure progress reporting incl. plans, interdependencies, risks, and issues
  • Manage day-to-day activities and chair project team meetings

Your personal skills are as important as your technical/academic skills to succeed in this role. You work systematically and detail-oriented to secure quality. You are keen on gaining new knowledge and have a positive mindset. You have a solution-oriented approach and often facilitate progress when specialists suggest scenarios. You support and value cooperation among colleagues and have a ‘we-are-one-team’ mentality.
