Boost our team
Our newly established Drug Substance Facility in Kvistgaard will soon start production ramp-up, and we therefore need to strengthen our leadership. As Production Manager, you will become a part of the vaccine production leadership team.
You will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Vaccine Production, and be part of a team with 4 managers where we will work closely together to create and maintain a world-class production with a clear focus ramp-up and continuous improvements.
As Production Manager, you will become responsible for the day-to-day shopfloor management of 15-20 operators. We rely upon your ability to navigate through changes and unpredictability; hence flexibility and a solution-oriented approach is key. Your tasks will include:
- Day-to-Day management
- Ensure successful ramp-up
- Identify and implement improvement potential
- Develop and maintain a high GMP compliance
As a part of the production leadership team, you will also support across the production area for other GMP-related tasks.
Are you our next Pioneer?
Our ideal new employee has experience with production planning and process flow and can tick off the following:
- Have demonstrated the ability to lead in a production environment
- Experience with GMP compliance or similar high-quality production
- Experience with biosafety (BSL) is preferable
- Proficiency in oral and written English and Danish
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in a production or production support function
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, chemistry, biotechnology, pharmaceutics, or similar
As a person, you are a positive and proactive team player, who is motivated by the dynamics which follow establishing our new facility. You have good communication and collaboration skills and thrive facing challenges and unpredictability you have a solution-oriented, curious, and can-do attitude.
Our employees also have the advantage of being able to use our bus route, 70E, which runs from Humlebæk Station directly to our production facilities in Kvistgaard. The bus has four departures every morning and afternoon with scheduled stops at Hørsholmvej and Kvistgaard St.
The new service improves the commuting experience to and from Kvistgaard, where some of our employees can now benefit from a significant time savings of almost 40 minutes each way, making their daily commute more efficient and convenient.
