Become part of a dedicated IT Operations team
You will become part of the IT Operations team with 10 highly skilled colleagues out of about 70 employees in Global IT. You will be situated at our Headquarters in Hellerup.
The IT Operations team is responsible for optimizing and maintaining IT infrastructure services supporting the daily operations of the business. You will report directly to IT Director Kenneth Riis.
We are looking for a skilled IT Administrator to handle, maintain, monitor, and operate our:
- Veeam and Dell Data Domain backup services
- Dell hosts and VMware setup
- SAN and DAS storage solutions
- Microsoft SQL databases
The focus of this role is the successful implementation and management of our data center initiatives that support efficient, robust, scalable, and secure solutions to meet business requirements and technology strategies. This includes collaborating on the planning, designing, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance.

Good communicator with a GMP mindset
To succeed in the role of IT System Administrator you need the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience in a similar position
- It is an advantage if you have experience working within the pharmaceutical industry and industry practices such as ITIL
Furthermore, you are fluent in English and Danish both verbally and in writing.
As a person you are a clear communicator that ensures to align with the team, as well as other relevant stakeholders internally as well as externally with our partners on ongoing issues and tasks.

- You are a team player with a sense of humor and great cooperating skills
- You take initiative in your work and have a solution-oriented approach
- You are creative, flexible, and innovative
Finally, you are self-driven and have an attention to detail in the work you execute. You thrive in a GMP-regulated environment that requires documentation of the IT administrative tasks you are involved in.
