The HR department within Neptune Energy Netherlands faces an ambitious challenge. A new HR Operating model is being implemented with the development of a professional HR organization being the main focus.
The HR Support department plays an important role in this model. A lot needs to be done within the department, which we summarize as "having the basics in place".
To make this development possible, we are looking for an enthusiastic HR Support Coordinator (full-time).
We are looking for a candidate with initiative, capable of building the role and who is not afraid to pro-actively tackle work and implement change.
Main duties & responsibilities
• Coordination and execution of all activities in the field of HR administration (including inflow and outflow, anniversaries, leave, training, etc.); • Implementation of small projects, incidental participation in cross-departmental projects;
• Make proposals regarding the optimization and digitization of HR processes and procedures;
• FAQ for standard questions to support line management / employees;
• Maintaining contact with UWV, Occupational Health and Safety Service, personnel insurance and
other customers;
• Preparation of HR reports.

The position is located in NL.
Required qualifications and experience
• You have a completed HBO degree in Human Resources Management and at least 5 years of experience in a similar position. You have excellent knowledge of, among other topics
• You have a facilitating and advising role to the organization, therefore it is important that you are confident and have a service-oriented attitude;
• You have good knowledge of SAP HR and experience with other personnel systems (we work with HR Manager Talent Solution, Absenteeism registration, Training registration system, Service Now and UWV portal) and you enjoy developing them further;
• You have prior experience in an international environment;
• Your knowledge of the English language is excellent;
• It is an advantage if you have experience with SAP Success Factors and Maximo. You are proficient in Word and Excel;
