Area Sales Manager – Middle East & Africa (MEA)

We are searching for an experienced and ambitious Area Sales Manager to drive our commercial activities across the MEA region. The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales professional with a strong passion for transforming technical solutions into business success.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering technical solutions that provide real, measurable value.

You’ll be part of a sales-driven environment where success relies on your ability to understand and communicate complex, high-quality products. As a central part of our international sales team, you will report directly to the Head of Sales and work closely with a dedicated, cross-functional commercial organization.

While the position is open to international candidates, preference will be given to those currently residing in a MEA country.

 

Tasks and responsibilities

You are commercial by heart. By activating your up-to-date and deep commercial toolbox, you are expected to identify new ways of improving our customers’ business and contribute to bringing new products to the market. Your approach is rooted in creating value for the customer—anticipating their needs and offering innovative solutions that support their growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive growth and manage relationships with customers in the MEA region, achieving and exceeding set sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our technical solutions to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value to potential and existing customers.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing the full sales pipeline.
  • Coordinate the internal sales process from inquiry to project handover.
  • Build strong long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and delivering value-added solutions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Customer Service, Technical Sales, SalesX, Layout, Technology Center, and Pricing to ensure the right solution is delivered.
  • Organize and conduct customer meetings, coordinate product trials at our Technology Center, and deliver professional sales presentations.
  • Represent the company at national and international trade fairs and exhibitions in the MEA region.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to adapt your sales strategy.
  • Lead price and contract negotiations with customers.

 

Your profile

You have a proven track record within sales of technical solutions to different sizes of customers in global market. You are curious by nature and can quickly understand complex matters. Therefore, you easily understand the customer’s business, markets, products, and technology. You have a strong business acumen, And you are capable of building trusted relations with customers, stakeholders and of course your team.

  • Proven experience in B2B sales of technical solutions, preferably in international markets.
  • Commercially driven with a strong understanding of customer needs and technical value propositions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a structured and proactive approach to sales.
  • Comfortable navigating multicultural environments and communicating across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Englishand Arabic is a must
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the MEA region.
