Storage of personal information

Peopleinsync is data responsible for control of the personal information you submit in the recruitment system, in accordance with the Danish law on the processing of personal data (GDPR). Data Processor and the Talent Recruiter System is provided by Talentech.

When you apply for a job through Talent Recruiter, you accept that we register and collect the personal information you provide us within your application, including any video presentation and photos, in your resume, and otherwise.

We may share your application with our employees involved in the recruitment and third parties who assist us in the recruitment process, including recruitment companies, providers of personality tests, clients that you by appointment will be presented to etc.

We keep your application and any other information you have provided to us for up to 24 months from today so that you can be considered for future positions. After 23 months, you will receive an email from us asking if you want us to keep your application in the database. If you do not reply to this email or if you respond that you do not want us to keep your application, your application will be deleted. If you are looking for a new position with us, your profile will automatically be extended for another 24 months.

If you are not actively seeking employment, you can still be registered in the database for future application. If you would like to edit or delete any data you may do so by using the system and sign in with your username and password.

By submitting your personal data and application, you:

1. declare that you have read, understood and accepted the above Data Policy
2. are declaring that the information submitted to us is complete and true to the best of your knowledge, and understand that deliberate omissions and incorrect statements could lead to your application being rejected or to your later dismissal
3. are giving your freely consent to the processing of the submitted and later collected information

Cookies

The system uses two different sets of first-party cookies during its operations. The first set is session cookies that are required to identify the users and allow them to log into the system, maintain their CVs or apply for positions. The second set consists of Google Analytics cookies that are used to aggregate reports on website visits and to refine the user experience and user friendliness. All cookies are first-party cookies and collect anonymous data. All data is strictly for internal use and is not shared with any third-parties.
