As part of this growth, we are looking to expand our team of experienced Senior Project Managers to support the increasing demands for our radar systems.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team, focusing on B2B and commercial project management. As our new Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering complex projects, ensuring they meet both client expectations and business objectives.
Leading complex customer projects
You will be leading international customer delivery projects with a high focus on time to market and quality. You will have full responsibility for the project contract once it is handed over by our Sales organisation after signing the contract. As Project Manager your primary responsibility will be to ensure the complete realization of the contractual scope in accordance with agreed terms, timelines, and commercial goals.
Your primary tasks will include:
- Contract management, incl. budget, planning and schedule.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the execution phase and lead customer activities such as PDR, CDR, FAT and SAT.
- Ensure successful delivery of project milestones, including customer acceptance tests and related payment milestones.
- Lead the internal execution track, coordinating the development, production, and testing of the radar system—including new feature development—across multidisciplinary teams.
- Drive decisions across the organisation, manage challenges and ensure that the project plan, data and resource needs are clearly communicated.
- Facilitate transparency in project reporting and communicate complex issues to management in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Drive project meetings and lead gate reviews and steering group meetings. Ensure alignment, progress, and accountability across internal and external parties.
As all projects involve many different engineering and production disciplines, you will naturally establish a close collaboration with many colleagues across the organisation.
Commercial mindset with the ability to succeed through others
We are looking for a colleague with experience, overview, and motivation for driving customer-facing projects in a commercial way. As our new colleague, you have experience with navigating in a project environment with multiple stakeholders.
As a person you are self-driven, curious and always a step ahead. You are motivated by the commercial aspect of project management and can ensure the overall project overview. You have a solid technical understanding and can challenge decisions when needed without diving into the technical details of the project.
Typically, a successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience from project organisation with customer and contract management in an international environment with B2B customer-facing projects.
- A commercial approach and experience in meeting client expectations and business objectives.
- Ability to motivate your colleagues and project team to achieve great results together.
- An ability to communicate across all levels and towards the technical staff as well as senior management.
- Excellent communication skills in Danish and English both written and verbally.
- Motivated by delivering high tech solutions that make a difference in critical situations for both the military and civil industry.
Your new team
You will join our growing Projects team and with more than 25 dedicated, experienced and ambitious colleagues. We work with Project Management, Planning, Configuration Management and Quality. The projects vary from upgrade projects, standard projects to larger development projects. Depending on the size of the projects, you will be responsible for driving several projects in parallel.
