As our growth journey continues, we are looking to expand our Customer Care team in the Aftermarket department, with an additional Service & Sales Coordinator.
About the position
As our new Service & Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for responding to our customers’ requests for support and spare parts and assure that the customer requests are met by our personnel for Field Service, Repair and Spare Parts sales and production. Entries in our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) make up a large portion of your administrative tasks, as well as taking part in coordination meetings between the different parts of our organization.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Handling of customer requests for support, parts sales and Return Material Authorizations (RMA),
- Administration of Service Agreement Contracts
- Managing ERP entries (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)
- Administering support requests and activities, including planning
- Supporting sales with preparation of quotations and sales orders in ERP system
Secondary tasks can be:
- Supplier compliance support
- Parts pricing support
- Process development and documentation into quality system
- Shipping
- Administration of security clearances for staff
Your qualifications and background
We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in comparable positions, with a helpful and solution-oriented personality and an open mind towards working with people with different cultural and professional backgrounds.
Your resume includes:
- A background in administration and use of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Experience with direct customer contact, preferably in international sales of technical products
- Basic understanding of technical products
- Good communicator in written and spoken English
- Good command of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
