We are experiencing an increasing demand for our products and as part of this growth, we are looking for a new colleague for our System Integration, Test & Verification team.
Qualification Test Engineer for our state-of-the-art radars
As our new colleague, you will play a vital role in strengthening our Integration, Test & Verification team. We are now seeking a highly skilled Qualification Test Engineer, with proven expertise in CE compliance and military standards, to support development and qualification of our radar systems.
In this position, you will lead and execute certification and qualification testing efforts and documentation in close collaboration with our engineering subsystem teams, quality department, and external test houses, thereby ensuring that our products meet relevant regulatory and military standards requirements.
Your primary tasks will be to:
- Lead and execute compliance and certification test activities for radar systems in accordance with EU directives (e.g., EMC, LVD, RED) and CE marking requirements
- Develop and execute qualification test plans for radar systems and subsystems in accordance with military standards
- Perform and oversee EMC/EMI compliance testing, as well as RF compliance evaluations.
- Interface with our customers and certification bodies to ensure compliance and documentation.
- Collaborate with electronics, systems, and software engineers to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze test data to validate radar system performance under operational and extreme conditions.
- Prepare and present technical reports and qualification documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for test failures or anomalies.
Other responsibilities and tasks will be to:
- Support design reviews, risk assessments, and system qualification efforts
- Monitor evolving EU regulations, military standards, and other relevant compliance frameworks
- Contribute to internal audits, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives
About you

Your CV includes:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product qualification and certification, preferably within defense, aerospace, or radar systems
- Deep understanding of CE marking and EU regulatory frameworks
- Proven experience with military standards (e.g. MIL-STD-461)
- Familiarity with safety standards (e.g. EN 62368-1)
- Systems engineering experience in relation to integrated systems
- Experience with radar systems or complex systems for military use, is considered an advantage
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
