Do you enjoy working hands-on with electronics, measurement equipment, and technical test environments?
We are looking for a structured and service-minded R&D Lab Technician to support the daily operation of our laboratories and test facilities. You will help ensure that engineers have safe, functional, calibrated, and fit-for-purpose equipment available when needed. You will be a key contributor to maintaining efficient laboratory operations and supporting testing across our R&D organization.

The Role
You will join our Integration, Test & Verification team and support the laboratories and test facilities used for development and qualification of advanced radar systems.
Our work spans multiple engineering disciplines, including power electronics, mechanics, analog and digital electronics, and RF technology. This creates a varied and technically challenging environment where reliable equipment and efficient laboratory operations are essential for success.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure laboratory equipment is functional, safe, calibrated, and ready for use
- Coordinate calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair activities
- Prepare equipment and test setups for engineering activities
- Maintain equipment records, calibration certificates, and related documentation
- Support engineers with practical equipment and test setup issues
- Assist with procurement, installation, and commissioning of new equipment
- Help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient laboratory environment
- Contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory processes and workflows
Your Profile
You have a practical technical background and enjoy supporting engineers in a hands-on development environment. You are structured, proactive, and comfortable working with technical equipment, laboratory processes, and documentation.
You enjoy solving practical problems, keeping things organized, and collaborating across different engineering disciplines.
We expect that you have:
- A technical education as Electronics Technician, Electronics Engineering, or similar
- Experience from an electronics laboratory, production environment, workshop, or test organization working with electronic measurement equipment and laboratory tools
- Basic understanding of analog and digital electronics
- Familiarity with calibration, maintenance, and equipment documentation
- Experience with RF and microwave measurement equipment is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Valid category B driver's license
