Field Marketing Specialist

Omada is searching for a highly talented Field Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for planning and execution of events in all of our six regions reporting to our CMO. You will also be in charge of building and executing the region-specific partner marketing plans, in close collaboration with our Partner team and Regional Sales leaders.

You will work to execute on the demand generation goals for the region; work alongside marketing operations and our Demand Center to execute and measure events and partner marketing and engage with local digital sales and sales reps to monitor the progress of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

We are looking for a candidate that has previous experience from running a region with responsibility for all marketing activities. We expect the candidate to have experience from  working closely with sales leaders in creating pipeline, follow up on activities and drive execution.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CMO and Demand Center leader to deliver on the execution of the regional marketing plan and campaign goals, channels and tactics.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team, align event project plans to ensure effective execution, on time and on budget.
  • Work with marketing and partner sales team to understand regional partners and develop co-marketing initiatives that create and accelerate sales pipeline.
  • Understand and qualify specific regional market trends and needs and represent those to the marketing leadership team.
  • Plan and execute online and offline events to attract prospects that generate new leads and help accelerate existing pipeline.
  • Work with rest of demand generation and digital team to deliver consistent messaging and brand when delivering multi-channel campaigns across all channels.
  • Work with Marketing Ops and Digital Sales Rep (DSR) team to monitor leads and conversion metrics, and continually optimize events and cadences to meet pipeline goals.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years’ experience and proven success in B2B marketing role with demonstrated ability to execute highly effective marketing programs in a software company focusing on enterprise customers.
  • Experience in marketing an enterprise B2B SaaS solution.
  • Demonstrable experience in end-to-end event management.
  • Genuine desire to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders, with superior communications skills and team spirit.
  • Appetite to continually master the marketing craft and deliver best-in-class campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluent in English.
  • Flexible, positive and a self-starter with ongoing enthusiastic interest to learn new skills.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and how to pull reports and analyze data in the system.

 

Desirable:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • A team player.
  • Great attention to detail and strong project management skills, comfortable managing multiple initiatives and deadlines.
  • Understanding of the partner channel and working directly with partner organizations and in-house partners teams to deliver programs that drive revenue.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Teams.
  • Knowledge of a CRM system (preferably SFDC) and marketing automation system, preferably Pardot.
  • Knowledge of 6Sense or other account based marketing platform is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Salesloft or Outreach.

Location:

Copenhagen office, Denmark. (We can consider Swedish candidates in the south that can come in to the office twice per week.)
