Graduate, Digitalization, Innovation and Industry 4.0 in the Production Network

MAN Energy Solutions SE offers a tailor-made Graduate Program with the duration of 15 months. You will take responsibility for your own projects and have the opportunity to broaden your horizons through off-the-job training, mentoring and networking events. Furthermore, you will be able to gain intercultural experience at one of our world-wide locations. The central function Operations Innovation & Excellence (OIE) supports the 12 production sites world-wide and also manages topics for the best possible utilization of synergy effects along the entire value chain. Our projects combine expertise in process management, operational excellence, IT portfolio management and digitalization.

Your tasks

Responsibility for an interdisciplinary project over the entire life cycle from order clarification to project completion within the production network
International project assignments at one of our locations abroad
Proactively drive special tasks in the areas of innovation, process management, operational excellence and digitalization
Participation in seminars and development measures to build your own career
Building your personal network within the company and becoming an active networker

Your qualifications

Above-average university in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, informatics, industrial engineering or a related degree (Master)
First practical experience in project management
Ability to work independently, analytically and think conceptually
Ability to simplify, present and drive complex issues
High IT affinity
Competent knowledge of the common MS-Office programs
Very good English Skills (further languages welcome)
At least 4-month stay abroad, e.g. during studies
Exceptional commitment, motivation and entrepreneurial thinking
You have very good communication and cooperative skills
You are open to foreign cultures, regionally mobile and flexible with respect to your job
