We are looking for an engaged Business Development Manager to strengthen our sales team and drive the development of our LPS & PSC solutions. Whether you have 3-5 years of experience or are a seasoned expert, we would like to hear from you!
About the position:
As our Business Development Manager, your primary focus will be to drive the sales development of our LPS (Lightning Protection System) and PSC (Performance Structural Components) together with the rest of the sales team, both in Denmark and internationally. You will provide technical advice to our customers, manage contracts, and ensure a smooth handover of the commercial details to the project department. You will report to our Business Development Director and collaborate closely with colleagues from QHSE, the Test Center, procurement, and production at our facilities in Denmark, China, and Mexico. Additionally, you should expect a certain amount of travel, typically between 50 and 60 days a year
Key responsibilities and tasks:
- Leading the sales process from lead to order of solutions directly with customers and in collaboration with our other departments.
- Providing technical and commercial support at all stages of the sales process, including preparing technical proposals and clarifications.
- Expanding the customer portfolio through networking and leads.
- Close coordination across the organization and interaction with customers to promote our offerings and maximize business potential in the market.
- Motivation to tackle new challenges and develop new services according to customer needs and market development.
- Update sales and activities in our CRM system, as well as proactively driving business through customer relationships, trade fairs, and events.
Your qualifications and skills:
- You have a relevant technical and/or a commercial background.
- Experience in the wind industry is a must, preferably with international sales, and you can leverage this experience to be an indispensable sparring partner for your customers.
- You can identify opportunities and limitations in the customer's systems/needs and generate innovative and effective solutions.
- Experience with project sales and/or project execution is an advantage.
- You communicate effortlessly in English – knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.

- You are goal-oriented, self-motivated, have the will to succeed, and are not afraid of change.
- You are a team-oriented person with strong organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and can quickly understand new information.
- You are good at planning your workday so that you can work efficiently – both independently and as part of a team.
