About the Internship

As an intern in our HR department, you will play a key role in strengthening internal communication and employer branding at Polytech. You will gain practical experience in communication strategies and SoMe while working in a dynamic and international environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Internal Communication: Create and share engaging content to keep employees informed and connected.
• SoMe & Employer Branding: Support and develop content for SoMe platforms to showcase Polytech as a great workplace.
• Content Creation: Write articles, newsletters, and posts that align with our company values and communication strategy
• Other Communication Tasks: Help optimize communication processes and contribute with fresh ideas.

What We’re Looking For

• You are studying communication, journalism, marketing, HR, or a related field.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in Danish and English.
• You are creative, proactive, and able to engage diverse audiences.
• You have an interest in social media trends and employer branding.
• You are structured and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
