Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience with Continuous Improvement within operation in an industrial organization
  • Proven hands-on success implementing Lean programs in multi-site manufacturing environments

  • KPI management and operational data (OEE, SQDC, etc.)
  • Root cause analysis and structured problem solving

Personal Competencies

  • Hands-on, curious and comfortable being present at Gemba
  • Strong drive and a natural ability to engage and motivate people
  • Analytical and structured – able to translate data into concrete actions
  • Change-oriented, innovative and persistent
  • Strong collaboration skills across functions and cultures
  • Communicates clearly and with trust – in both Danish and English
  • Able to follow up and deliver results without losing sight of the people involved

We Offer
