We are looking for a structured and proactive Procurement Specialist to strengthen our Procurement Team in Bramming.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient day-to-day purchasing operations in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Experience working with ERP systems — preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) — is considered a strong advantage, combined with an interest in understanding how ERP systems support procurement processes and how they can be improved over time.
In addition to handling daily operational purchasing tasks, the role offers the opportunity to become more involved in ERP-related topics. This will include contributing to system maintenance and improvements and taking on responsibilities as part of the ERP Super User team.

- Purchase order creation, follow-up, and confirmation
- Invoice handling and discrepancy resolution
- Resolving day-to-day supplier and internal stakeholder issues
- Master data maintenance in the ERP system
Extended Scope & Collaboration
- Participation in strategic and non-strategic projects
- Support Engineering Changes (ECNs)
- Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, R&D, Finance, and Supply Chain
ERP & Super User Responsibilities (Development Path)
- Actively contribute to data quality, process compliance, and system accuracy
- Support and train users in ERP-related topics
- Participate in system improvements, testing, and new functionality rollouts
- Gradually take on a Super User role, maintaining and developing the ERP setup together with the Super User team
Your Background
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in an operational purchasing or procurement role
- Structured, solution-oriented, and calm approach to resolving day-to-day operational issues in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and service-minded attitude toward both internal stakeholders and suppliers, with strong ownership and follow-through on tasks and commitments
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting change and improvement initiatives
- Patient and persistent mindset when handling recurring operational challenges, with a focus on root-cause resolution
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn and deepen understanding of ERP systems and procurement processes
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities in daily operations and contribute to process and system enhancements
Personal Qualifications
You take pride in doing things right, care about data and process quality, and enjoy being the reliable link between systems, suppliers, and stakeholders. You are curious, pragmatic, and motivated by improving how daily operations work.
What We Offer
- A collaborative working environment with room to influence and improve processes
- A central role combining operational procurement with ERP development
- Opportunity to grow into an ERP Super User position
