Sales Coordinator for our Business Development Department

Are you a highly skilled Sales Coordinator with excellent Danish and English communication skills? About the Position:

As experienced Sales Coordinator, you will be able to independently manage coordination of sales offers and requests from stakeholders, as well as build and maintain the relationship with our customers. You execute efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, where you at the same time provide great service. It’s equally vital that you can challenge and discuss customer requests to find the best solutions — both with customers and internally at Polytech.

Ideally, you have experience from a similar position, preferably within an international manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sales offers and requests from customers – from sales, design to production.
  • Administrate and handle order processing in our ERP system D365FO.
  • Prepare sales offers as well as invoices.
  • Maintain customer information and project data.
  • Register and update sales activities in our CRM system.

Your Qualifications and Skills:

  • A relevant education within sales administration and coordination, or similar.
  • 7+ years of experience with sales administration and coordination.
  • Solid experience with purchase systems, preferably D365FO and MS Office.
  • Good communication skills, both fluent in Danish and English.
  • Experience working in an international environment.
