- Sales / Account Management
Client relations, cooperating with Sourcers in order to provide IT Specialist both onshore and nearshore incl. Business Development and New Bizz dep.
- Sourcing / Consultant Search/IT Recruitment
Consultant relations, providing high qualified IT consultants to the client’s projects, conducting proactive search processes and validation of competences, ensuring professional written presentations and CVs.
- Marketing
Internal UI, website content, brand material & videos, in- and external communication, graphic design, SoMes, events for consultants and clients.
- IT internal operation and support
Servers, infrastructure, equipment, IT service agreements, AD.
- IT internal development
Optimizing and continuously improving internal systems (backend & frontend), development + IT Architecture incl. strategic IT processes and procedures related to all internal IT projects.
- Finance
Accounting, controlling, business intelligence; working primarily in Navision and ProData Consult’s own developed internal systems.
- Office management / Reception
All services related to employees incl. bookings of hotels, flights, restaurants, facilities. Supporting HR departments in practical coordination and executing tasks in relation to employees and events; being the first face and voice of ProData Consult in external relations.
- Human Resources
All related to internal employees; recruitment, legal HR, processes, procedures, events, work environment, benefits, HR system improvements and implementations, strategic HR, organizational development and employee care.
