Escalation Engineer - Expense Management Solution

About your role

As an Escalation Engineer in the Expense Management team, you'll work with Microsoft Dynamics partners, the internal engineering teams, and end customers from time to time. Your primary effort is to coordinate and find clever solutions to technical problems.

Your primary tasks will include the following:

 

  • Support: Responsible for 2nd-level support tickets and resolving them. These support issues typically need more in-depth technical expertise and analysis.
  • Technical issues: Investigate and solve highly technical problems related to infrastructure, configuration, or code-level - either by yourself or in cooperation with the support and/or development teams.
  • Identification: Identify emerging trends or recurring escalation scenarios and work with software engineers to mitigate them in the future.

Dependent on your location, you can be based in either Denmark (Aalborg or Copenhagen) or Lithuania (Vilnius).

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in engineering with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Problem-solving: you have superior problem-solving and troubleshooting skills by working systematically toward the key issue
  • Technical mindset: you have a good understanding of various Windows infrastructures and components such as Active Directory, SQL Server, Microsoft Azure, and related technologies
  • Flexibility: you have a demonstrated ability to manage your tasks and adjust to shifting priorities and timelines
  • Independent team player: you have the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Good English communications skills: a large part of your job will involve working directly with customers, partners, and engineering teams in Continia
  • Enthusiasm: You have a thirst to go the extra mile and are thrilled about making a significant difference for thousands of companies
