Continia is seeking a Senior Manager to drive new business initiatives within the field of integrated financial services, banking, cross-border payments, cards- and account-based multi-rail products.

About your role
Continia serves more than 18,000 corporates with solutions for cash management, banking, expense management, and accounts payable automation. As our customers interest in other areas of financial transaction and technology is growing, you will as Senior Manager play a pivotal role as we step into these new territories.
This role demands strategic vision, hands-on strategy implementation, and a deep understanding of both business, financial services, and technology to ensure our continued success.
What you will be doing
- Evaluate and pursue new business opportunities of financial products and services within the domain of our portfolio of software solutions.
- Analyze and present data to provide insights for new opportunities or existing products and services.
- Establish detailed business requirements and specifications for existing and new products and services.
- Identify, develop and manage partnerships with fintechs, financial and credit institutions, payment providers, and other relevant partnerships.
- Collaborate closely with several teams in Continia such as engineering, commercial, senior leadership and go-to-market to bring new services and products to reality.
- Ensure responsible business growth that is compliant, carries acceptable risk, and is profitable.

This position is based at our Copenhagen or Aalborg office, where you will report and work closely with our CTO.
About you
From a personality perspective, we are looking for someone, who is independent and self-driven as the roles require a high level of decision-making. You are accountable, approach your endeavors with a can-do attitude and embrace the responsibility that comes with your work. Further, we imagine you have the following skillsets:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Master’s degree or higher.
- Strong strategic vision with analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and market trends.
- Experience from a similar role within payment solutions, fintech, or mobile money sectors, with a track record of successful product launches.
- Ideally experience from working with domestic RTPs, cross-border payments and remittance, card and account based multi-rail solutions, wallets, BNPL and Click to Pay.
- Excellent in both written and oral English communication, complemented by strong interpersonal skills.
