Partner Account Manager, the Netherlands

To support our growth ambitions and 2030 vision, we’re looking for a Partner Account Manager (PAM) who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities, and growing together with partners. In this role, you’ll be a key driver in strengthening our partner ecosystem across the Netherlands.

Your role & team

You’ll join our Dutch team of 8 colleagues and also work closely with our International Commercial Unit. Your focus will be on growing existing partnerships while bringing new partners on board across the Dutch market. 

You’ll spend a good amount of time visiting partners, but when you’re not on the road, you can work from our office in ’t Gooi — with the flexibility to work from home as well. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Grow partnerships: Identify new collaboration opportunities, align strategies with partner business goals, and drive joint success through clear plans and KPIs. 

  • Build strong relationships: Become a trusted advisor for partners and internal teams across sales, implementation, and support. 

  • Enable partner success: Help partners confidently sell and promote Continia solutions through training, campaigns, events, demos, and webinars. 

  • Improve performance: Monitor results, spot opportunities for improvement, and coordinate with Services, Support, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to deliver long-term value. 

  • Stay sharp operationally: Keep CRM data up to date, support product questions, and stay informed about Business Central updates, market trends, and competitors. 

You won’t just work within the Dutch team — you’ll collaborate with colleagues across the entire Continia organization to drive progress and partner success. 

About you 

For this role, we are looking for someone with initiative and motivation.  

We hope you have 3-5 years of experience within the Microsoft Business Central Ecosystem, but most importantly we are looking for someone who wants to grow together with Continia, and with our partners. 

We are looking for someone who can speak Dutch on a Native level (C1), and English on a professional level (C2).
