Continia is looking for an experienced and results-driven Partner Program Manager to own and scale our engagement with our ecosystem of Value Added Resellers (VARs) in the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ecosystem. This role is ideal for a program-driven, analytically minded professional who thrives in one-to-many partner motions, designs scalable programs, and operates with the rigor of a program manager combined with the commercial instincts of an inside sales leader.
About your role
As a Partner Program Manager (PPM) in North America, you will work with the Director of Sales and Marketing to drive aggressive growth and partner loyalty for our region to achieve team-based goals. With Continia’s through-partner model, your primary focus will be to drive awareness, engagement, enablement, and ultimately revenue with our North American based partners, who are system integrators focused on the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and NAV solutions. Success in this role requires the ability to translate strategy into executable programs that measurably improve partner awareness, readiness, and sales outcomes. You will collaborate with our existing partners on marketing and sales activities, conduct demos, represent Contina at conferences, assist with product questions, and help partners to close sales and move forward, ultimately driving increased usage of our solutions.
Key responsibilities:
Partner Program Strategy & Design
- Develop and continuously refine partner engagement strategies with clear segmentation based on partner profile, capacity, and historical performance.
- Design scalable programs that drive partner activation, such as onboarding journeys, enablement programs and incentives, campaigns, and readiness certifications.
- Understand partners’ business models, service lines, goals, and objectives to align strategies for mutual growth.
- Translate company growth objectives into repeatable partner programs with defined goals, timelines, success metrics, and operating cadences.
Program Execution & Management
- Own end-to-end execution of partner programs, including planning, launch, adoption, performance tracking, and optimization.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure programs are aligned and operationally supported.
- Support partner communications at scale using structured cadences, campaigns, and data-driven outreach.
- Ensure that our partners actively promote our solutions, e.g., through presence on their websites or in newsletters.
Partner Engagement (Inside Sales Motion)
- Operate with an inside sales manager mindset, managing partner engagement primarily through virtual interactions, targeted outreach, and proactive follow-up.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner program participation, guiding partners on how to engage effectively and derive value from the program.
- Identify leading indicators of partner interest or drop-off and adjust engagement strategies accordingly.
Team Enablement
- Support our Marketing Manager with content marketing efforts and sales enablement tools.
- Coordinate with our Services Team to ensure seamless project startups and other partner support.
- Maintain all relevant records in related systems (e.g., CRM).
Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as partner engagement, partner focus, and solution activation.
- Use CRM and partner data to analyze trends, identify gaps, and prioritize program improvements.
- Regularly present program results, insights, and recommendations to leadership.

Further, you are likely to enrich our business with the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of B2B experience in partner programs, operations, or inside sales management, with a proven track record of designing and running structured, scalable one-to-many partner programs with measurable outcomes.
- Channel ecosystem knowledge, including experience with VARs, resellers, or channel partners, ideally within the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ecosystem, and supporting partners through enablement, incentives, and readiness initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills, including negotiation, presentation, and the ability to build collaborative relationships across customers, partners, and colleagues in a matrix organization.
- Analytical and organizational mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, solve problems with attention to detail, and work both independently and as a team player.
- Tech-savvy and solutions-oriented, with proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, familiarity with formal sales methodologies, and an eagerness to develop deep product knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field, with the ability to travel occasionally as needed.
