We are looking for a Product Manager to own Continia Document Output and drive it into the next generation of Accounts Receivable automation. You understand the real pain points in AR processes, see where smarter workflows can make a genuine difference for finance teams, and want to own a product at an exciting stage of its evolution.
About the role
Continia Document Output is built natively for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and already helps thousands of businesses send invoices, reminders, and statements reliably and at scale. With growing functionality around email layout configuration and multi-channel delivery, it is a well-established product with a loyal customer base.
Our ambition is to build on that foundation and expand the AR capabilities significantly. Think smarter dunning flows, automated payment follow-up, better customer communication tools, and deeper process automation that helps finance teams collect faster and with less manual effort. AI will play a role here too, whether that is prioritizing collections, personalizing customer communication, or surfacing insights that help teams act at the right moment.
You will lead a team of 3 to 4 people, drive product discovery hands-on, and stay closely connected to customers, partners, and colleagues across the world to keep the roadmap sharp and grounded.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a product team of 3 to 4 people, taking full ownership of the Document Output product and its AR roadmap.
- Own a product roadmap that builds on existing strengths and expands AR capabilities, covering the full receivables flow from invoice delivery through dunning, payment follow-up, and process automation.
- Champion smarter UX by reducing the number of steps users need to take, providing contextual guidance, and building an experience that feels intuitive even for occasional users.
- Stay aligned with Microsoft's Copilot and Business Central direction, shaping how the product evolves with the platform.
- Translate Agent and LLM or LM capabilities into concrete, production-ready features that are always grounded in real use case value.
- Own the daily backlog, make practical trade-offs, and ensure engineering always has the context to build the right thing.
- Talk to customers, partners, and resellers continuously to validate features and stay close to what AR teams actually need.
- Own product quality by participating in testing and validation before release.
What We’re Looking For
- Product management experience in ERP software. Business Central knowledge is a significant advantage.
- Ability to lead a high-performing product team, balancing strategic direction with hands-on execution.
- Good understanding of AR flows including invoicing, customer communication, dunning, and cash collection, with a clear sense of where the real friction lives.
- A structured and curious mindset. You ask the right questions, validate before you build, and always connect product decisions to real customer outcomes.
- Familiarity with AI capabilities and how they can support communication workflows and process automation, without needing to be a technical expert.
- Awareness of Microsoft's BC and Copilot ecosystem, with the ability to align product strategy with platform direction.
- A natural collaborator and strong communicator, confident in aligning internal teams and engaging directly with external partners, and customers.
