Payroll Manager
Permanent, Full-Time
The Payroll Manager is accountable for the operation of the financial related aspects to the payroll, pension’s management and time management system functions. The successful candidate should possess excellent interpersonal and customer services skills. The Employee Pay and Relations Manager will be required to build key working relationships with a number of departments, such as Human Resources Department, The Office of the Director of Midwifery/Nursing, all employees/pensioners, and some external agencies.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Effective management of Monthly and Fortnightly payroll
- Variance analysis of annual employee pay and relations costs
- Full compliance with the HSE and Department of Health directives with regard to all aspect of employee remuneration
