Ref No: 2024/35 Grade V Human Resources Business Partner (Data Informatics)

Specified Purpose, Full-Time (35 hours per week)

 

The post holder will manage the HR information systems, reporting and governance. As well as management information, dashboard management and reporting to senior management. The post holder will also provide general administrative support to the Human Resources Department and to contribute to the ongoing development of a Corporate HR Service to the Hospital.

The successful candidate will have:

Essential

  • Experience in an analytical role providing insight and recommendations based on analysis.
  • Experience in running, understanding and interpreting reports.
  • Experience working with IT systems, data and reporting through presentation.
  • Excellent business partnering skills, communication and IT skills to include advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Desirable

  • Experience in a Human Resource Generalist/Operational role.
  • CIPD qualified.
  • Hold a relevant Third Level Qualification from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in a relevant Health Care setting.
