The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of goods inwards, storage and fulfilment in Procurement and Supplies Department. You will be required to;
- Manage, motivate and organise a team of 5
- Manage processes and systems relating to the issuing, scanning & receipt of goods from supply chain, accounting for such issues with the use of all technology made available
- Ensure care of goods in supply chain and to maintain inventory in proper condition throughout the organisation to include all warehouses and inventory systems inside and outside the supplies department
- Conduct analysis, review and forecast all aspects of Supply chain management within the organisation including administration
- Operate, control and manage inventory systems, consignment systems, Patient level costing systems, and managed services orders from suppliers
Essential:
- A qualification in Procurement or Supply Chain management
- Proven IT skills and knowledge of a computerised warehouse / scanning software
- Experience of managing busy stockroom
- Expertise in stock management and processes
- Financial literacy
- Excellent organisational & customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
