ROOF – Bar & Lounge
ROOF Bar & Lounge, a rooftop bar and lounge with a view like no other in the city on top of the upscale hotel NH Collection Copenhagen located at Christianshavn.
An incomparable oasis where bartenders conjure seductive cocktails, the kitchen offers exquisite bites and snacks, as guests overlook the water, towers and mint-green copper roofs of the city while facing the sunset.
This is the place where you meet for a culinary respite on top of the day's meetings and bustle, for cocktails and kisses with your loved ones, or for the celebration of freedom when the weekend sets in and the music takes over.
For the upcoming season, we are looking for an experienced full-time chef. The employment is from April to October and the position includes evening and weekend shifts. Opening hours Mon - Sun: 14.00 - 22.00
What will you do?
As a chef you contribute to the 'extraordinary' experience of our guests. Your tasks will include preparation and cooking for ROOF – Bar & Lounge on the 8th floor. You will also have the opportunity to surprise our guests at special events.
Who are you?
• You are a chef at heart and a good team player
• You have good communication skills and are passionate about delivering quality dishes
• You have experience from similar positions
• You have a good command of the Danish and English language
• You have a la carte experience
