NH Collection Copenhagen opened in 2021 as the first hotel in Scandinavia by the international hotel chain Minor Hotels. Today, NH Collection Copenhagen stands as one of the few 5-star hotels in Copenhagen and as the only DGNB gold-certified in sustainability.
We offer 394 rooms and suites, 940 m2 event and meeting rooms, bar and restaurant as well as access to ROOF – Bar & Lounge, the hotel's rooftop bar with the best view of the entire city. As a brand, NH Collection wants to create extraordinary experiences for all guests. We are now looking for a chef who can become of part of creating this.
What will you do?
As a chef you contribute to the 'extraordinary' experience of our guests. Your tasks will include preparation for breakfast, meetings and evening events plus a la carte. You will also have the opportunity to surprise our staff with your secret recipes for staff meals.
The position is full time and your primary working hours will be Monday – Friday 8.00 – 16.00. Weekend and evening shifts may occur
Who are you?
• You are a chef at heart and a good team player.
• You have good communication skills and are passionate about delivering quality dishes.
• You have experience from similar positions.
• You have a good command of the Danish and English language.
