Account Manager for Denmark

Account Manager to Mermaid Medical

We are seeking a dynamic individual to take the helm in Denmark. Are you someone who thrives on cultivating partnerships and delivering life-saving solutions? Do you possess the drive to excel independently while being supported by a strong team?

If so, this is your chance to shine!

As our Account Manager, you will be responsible for sales to both new and existing partners across Denmark, with your focus on interventional radiology. When you are not out visiting customers, you'll have the flexibility to work either from your home office or take advantage of desk space at our headquarter in Stenløse. You will be reporting to our Nordic Sales Manager who is based in Norway.

Mermaid Medical Group, although our roots are Nordic, we have a global mindset and sales offices all over Europe and the USA. We specialize in providing cutting-edge medical devices for interventional radiology and oncology. We have a well-established territory ripe with potential to drive growth and innovation, to ensure patients receive the safest and most effective treatments available.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Cultivating and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers through personalized visits, comprehensive product training, and proactive customer care.
  • Crafting and executing strategic sales plans tailored to the Danish market.
  • Engaging in quotation and tender processes to secure new business opportunities.
  • Representing Mermaid Medical at both local and international congresses.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to our end-users, ensuring they have the support they need to deliver exceptional care.

Who are we looking for?

You are a natural relationship-builder, preferably with experience from the industry within healthcare products. Although a background in healthcare disciplines such as radiography or nursing can be beneficial, it is not essential. What truly distinguishes our ideal candidate is a strong drive and a commitment to excellence that will set you apart.

To thrive in this role, you'll need to:

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, paired with a results-driven mindset.
  • Possess excellent communication abilities in both Danish and English.
  • Can easily communicate, create, and maintain good relations with our partners.
  • Hold a valid driver's license, with a willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight to meet the demands of the job.

What's in it for you?

At Mermaid Medical, you'll be welcomed into a supportive environment where you'll receive a solid introduction, product training, and ongoing support and the opportunity to work with cutting-edge products as part of our exciting pipeline of launches.

This is a full-time position with a competitive fixed monthly salary, and the possibility of an additional bonus.

You will get a company car, and other employee benefits including pension and health insurance, as well as subsidies for fitness, and more.

You will be part of an organization where we value teamwork and where we look out for each other. We are of strong belief that no one can accomplish everything on their own, and therefore we value and utilize each other’s strengths.
