The position we offer

As operations lead in Credit Risk & General Ledger IT Solution you will be responsible for the coordination of Level 3 Production Support incl. incident fixes as well as problem defects and minor enhancements of our platform used for regulatory reporting solutions. You will be the bridge between business and IT, therefore it is important that you have great communications skills and can talk with both IT and business. You will be part of our Deliverables team, consisting of PMs and IT Analysts and delivering excellence. 
Our technical solution includes the whole flow from sourcing, calculating to reporting. We have approx. 30 employees and 130 consultants, both local and offshore, working with the IT-platform. Our teams consist of very competent people and we have a tight working relation between colleagues. We are very delivery oriented, have high pace and work with a highly prioritized and complex area within the Bank. 
In this role you will become the Level 3 operational lead based in Tri-City Poland with travelling to Stockholm. 
 
Your tasks will be:  
  • Coordination of Level 3 Production Support incl. incident code fixes as well as problem defects and enhancements / minor development  
  • Being the bride between Business and IT. 
  • Drive communication with business and follow up with team leads on IT-side 
  • Drive task forces, facilitate analysis of defects and CRs 
  • Interact with operations teams  
  • Follow production execution 

The qualifications you need

  • Bachelor Degree within IT   
  • English spoken (Professional level)   
  • English written (Professional level)   
  • Experience of working with Business and IT  
  • HP QC (ALM)/Remedy experience 
  • ITIL Foundation certification 
  • Knowledge of  IT solutions covering all parts from sourcing, ETL to Data Warehouses and reporting solutions (preferable Data stage and SAP) 
  • System Development Process (SDP) in general (Excellent level)   
  • Security and compliance (Superior level)
