Junior Procurement Officers/Procurement Officers in Group Procurement 
to Invoice Handling Team and Payments & Reconciliation Team

Group Procurement is all about supporting our Business Partners throughout Nordea to reach their targets by providing advice and executional services when it comes to optimize cost. Success is measured by the results we achieve together with our Business Partners and how satisfied they are with the support and services we deliver. Group Procurements service offerings are based on four service lines: Advisory Service, Sourcing Service, Contract Service and Buy & Pay services. 
In Invoice Handling team you will be responsible for: 
  • Suppliers Master Data creation 
  • Invoice handling (invoice validation, pre-accounting) 
  • Projects participation 
  • Contacting internal stakeholders on a daily basis 
In Payments & Reconciliation team you will be responsible for: 
  • Payment process 
  • Daily/monthly reconciliation of bank accounts 
  • Vendor Queries 
  • Open credit invoice handling 
  • Daily contact with external stakeholders 

The qualifications you need

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance,  Accounting, Economics or other appropriate discipline desired 
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) 
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel 
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills 
  • Strong analytical skills 
  • Self-starter with availability to work in a changing environment 
  • Understanding the essence of value chain success 
  • Learning aptitude, able to learn fast 
  • Experience in cooperating, negotiations with external suppliers will be an asset
