RABO is looking for a Process Specialist to be a part of the Back Office team. 
 
The Vendor Managgement Office is looking for a person to be a part of Back Office centre (RABO).  
 
You will deliver services towards our stakeholders through a strong communication and collaboration across different units within Retail Banking. 

The position we offer

Provide and perform professional support and services with high quality towards different IT units and stakeholders:
  • Drive and complete different projects and tasks to ensure that its handled in an efficient way 
  • Provide service and support with high quality in order to create great customer experience 
  • Act flexible to support the achievements of the team goals 
  • Share knowledge in order to develop the team skills 
  • Take initiative to develop own competence in order to meet future requirements 
  • Proactively work to increase the understanding and awareness of Back office processes and -knowledge in Nordea 
  • Establish and maintain close contact and relationship to important stakeholders in order to develop a wide network 
  • Act as a solid support contact in guidance of Back office processes in related activities towards Retail Unit(s) and stakeholders within Retail in order to deliver business value 
  • Actively share knowledge with other colleagues to make the process activities run more efficiently 
  • Ensure documented handover of all deliveries from the Back office and relevant information to appropriate units and stakeholders, to decrease any misunderstandings. 
  • Contribute continuously in optimizing our own task and processes to increase efficiency and prevent operational risk 

The qualifications you need

We are working in a dynamic environment, and it is important, that you get motivated by constantly having a lot of tasks.

You will be working very closely together with our EDC vendors in India. For that reason, it is important that you have experience in working cross-border/ cross-cultures within a global environment. We are looking for a person with strong commitment, drive and the ability to find good solutions to accomplish our set goals.

  • Preparing periodic performance reports for the management team 
  • Fluent in English, both orally and in writing is a must 
A certain level of travel can be expected as our stakeholders are placed Cross countries.
