Senior IT Test Manager for FAC Systems DevOps, Gdańsk

The position we offer

Key tasks: 
- Initially identifying and subsequently defining the required tests. 
- Monitoring the test coverage and evaluating the overall quality experienced when testing the targeted test items.  
- Responsible for managing the core activities of the test effort which involves planning and resource allocation of the test team and for internal and external communication. 
- Gather and manage test data and maintain test environments in cooperation with the IT Environment Specialist to ensure best test quality. 

The qualifications you need

◾Documented leadership experience, to handle the, sometimes, challenging environment that we work in with high pressure on meeting deadlines 
◾Bank & Finance Experience
◾Experience in working within Anti-money Laundry domain (AML) - desired  
◾Experience in working on Complex Functional, Non-Functional test management activities or Experience in working on automation test management activities. 
◾Hands-on experience in test management/planning, test execution & test reporting or Test Automation 
◾Frameworks, Functional & Non Functional Testing 
◾HP QC (ALM) - desired
◾ISTQB Software Testing Certification - desired
Secondary skill required: 
◾ Documented project management experience 
◾ Knowledge of ITIL v3.0
