Head of Treasury & Investor Relations Officer
The position is located at Mowi’s headquarters in Bergen, Norway, and reports to the group CFO. This is a rare career opportunity in the world’s largest salmon farmer, Norway’s second largest private company and a listed company based in Bergen.
Key responsibilities:
- Investor Relations Officer – the primary bridge between Mowi and the financial community
- Main point of contact for investors and analysts
- Financial communication – roadshows, presentations, reports, stock exchange notices etc.
- Key contributor in M&A processes and strategic processes
- Manage our competent Corporate Treasury team responsible for the group’s financing, cash management and insurance agreements
What we are looking for:
- Relevant working experience – corporate finance, equity analyst, asset management or similar
- Master’s degree in finance or similar
- Excellent command of English and Norwegian, both written and oral
