They are looking for experiences guides for Winter 2025-2026 (Main season 11/2025 - 03/2026).

Experiences Guides

Experience guides play an essential role in crafting unforgettable memories for guests by offering extraordinary experiences in Lapland. As an Experience Guide, you will lead a variety of wilderness activities, including snowmobile, Northern Lights, and ice-floating tours.

Essential Requirements:

  • You have prior experience in guiding
  • Excellent English language skills
  • You are a team player and you have quick thinking and problem solving
  • Category B driver’s license and experience in winter driving

The Following Skills and Attributes are Considered an Asset

  • Experience in snowmobiling and comprehensive knowledge of Lappish nature, culture and lifestyle 
  • Proficiency in other languages (French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, German, Portuguese)
  • Knowledge in first aid and wilderness survival skills
  • Experience in northern lights tours
  • Experience in the luxury hospitality industry
  • Outgoing & sociable personality – good communication skills
