Arbejdets opgaver

• Udlejning og aflevering af biler

• Salg af produkter og services

• Yde information og assistance til kunder

• Indtastning af data i udlejningssystemet

• Andre opgaver i samarbejde med station managers, shift supervisors og fleet managers

Uddannelse og kvalifikationer

• Serviceminded og imødekommende

• Salgsevner

• Godt kendskab til engelsk

• Generelle IT-kompetencer

• Fremragende kommunikationsevner

• Gyldigt kørekort

• Ren straffeattest

We are looking for Nordjobbers to join Blue Car Rental in a customer service role. This is a temporary position from June until the end of October. Work is shift-based, with day, evening, and night shifts available. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for customer service and possesses good sales and communication skills.

Blue’s mission is to help people travel safely and care-free around Iceland. We achieve this through simple solutions, reliable service, and warm guidance from the very first interaction. Our goal is to make the journey clearer, easier, and better for everyone who places their trust in us.

Key Responsibilities

• Vehicle rentals and returns

• Sales of products and services

• Providing information and assistance to customers

• Data entry in the rental system

• Other tasks in coordination with station managers, shift supervisors, and fleet managers

Education and Competency Requirements

• Strong service mindset

• Sales skills

• Good command of English

• General computer skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Valid driver’s license

• Clear criminal record
