Who are we: A Family-Run English-Style Pub on the West coast of Denmark! We have 25 overnight rooms, a bar, and a restaurant, and we place a strong focus on guest experience and satisfaction. Our location is close to Thy National Park and the beautiful surrounding nature, including the famous surfing area known as Cold Hawaii, offering an exceptional environment to live and work in.

We are a traditional English-inspired pub where fresh ingredients and excellent guest experiences are at the heart of everything we do.

The Setup & The Lifestyle

• The Location: We are on the doorstep of National Park Thy (a hikers paradise) and minutes from the world-class surf of Cold Hawaii.
• Accommodation: Local off-site accommodation can be provided for a fee.
• Transport & Parking: Due to our rural location and off-site housing, you must have a car. We provide free parking at both the accommodation and the Kro, making your commute and coastal trips easy.

The Role: "The Kro All-Rounders"

Your shifts will be varied and dynamic (no fixed rota). You’ll be the heartbeat of the guest experience:

• Morning: Serving fresh breakfasts to our overnight guests.
• Day: Providing high-quality restaurant service using fresh, local ingredients.
• Evening: Managing the buzz of an authentic English-style pub—pulling pints and hosting locals.
