Manage investments to drive innovation and growth
You will be part of the portfolio management team, which consists of 6 dedicated employees, handling Bunker Holding’s strategic IT investments which consist of approx. 100 employees.
You will play a key role preparing investment meetings with executive management, evaluating and prioritizing various business concepts. Also, you will support senior management in strategic decision making by conducting analyses and preparing presentations.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Executive and Organizational Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations for executive management and the wider organization to communicate investment decisions, project progress, strategic recommendations, and key insights.
- Investment management: Help support investment process from idea to business case and final implementation.
- Workshop Facilitation: Lead workshops to understand business needs and propose innovative solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective dissemination of information.
- Project Management: Support implementation of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather and analyze data, develop content for reports, and create presentations that have a direct impact on our organization.
Travel is to be expected, offering you the chance to experience the culture of our other offices and build strong relationships.
Strategy consultant with a flair for IT
You have experience in strategy and/or portfolio management, supported by a relevant educational background in Business Administration or similar. Alternatively, you have an IT background with a strong interest in strategy and business. Experience in an IT business environment would be considered an advantage.
With a positive and team-oriented mindset, you can independently engage with stakeholders on all levels. You embrace challenges with an open and collaborative spirit, always looking for ways to bring people together and find solutions that benefit everyone involved.
Additionally, you have:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
