GML-HR A/S ensures that your information is processed according to the personal data law. Your information will not be disclosed to third party without your consent. If you are tested by Hogan in connection with the recruitment process, your data is transferred to third countries. Hogan has data placement in the United States and is protected by "EU Kommissionens standardkontraktbestemmelser" and is a part of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework .
Your personal data will be stored for 12 months. According to the data protection regulation you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of information about you. If you want to use your rights, please contact us.
Right to view information: You have the right to gain insight into the information that we are processing about you, as well as a number of additional information.
Right to correction: You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.
Right to delete: In special cases you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our general deletion.
Right to limitation of treatment: You have in certain cases the right of limited treatment of your personal information. If you are entitled to limited treatment, in future, we may only process the information - except for storage - with your consent or for the purpose of determining, enforcing or defending legal claims, or for protecting a person or important social interests.
Right to objection: In some cases, you may object to our or legitimate processing of your personal information. You can also object to processing your information for direct marketing.
Right to transmit information (data portability): You may, in certain cases, have the right to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transfer such personal data from one data manager to another without hindrance.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Data Protection Agency if you are unhappy with the way we process your personal information. You will find the Data Protection Agency’s contact information at www.datatilsynet.dk.
Our primary system consists of our recruitment system, where we use Talentech as a supplier. If you want to correct, delete or update your information in Talentech Recruiter, you can always do this yourself by using your username and password.
4 weeks before the time limit for our storage of your data, you will receive an email with an offer of extension of your presence in Talentech. You will be asked to explicitly confirm your desire to stay in the system. If we do not hear from you during the 4 weeks, your data will be deleted automatically.
