Global Wind Service, a key player in wind turbine projects worldwide, is seeking a skilled Tax Manager to join the team at the Headquarters in Denmark, conveniently located in Fredericia.
In this role, you'll oversee Global Wind Service’s employer obligations for income tax related to international work activities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and international offices, you will drive continuous improvement in the Global Mobility tax compliance function.
As the Tax Manager, you will join the Global Mobility department, working alongside six colleagues, each specializing in different aspects of mobility. Reporting to the Head of Global Mobility, you will manage income tax obligations associated with cross-border work activities, primarily for wind turbine technicians. Effective communication and collaboration with Finance, HR, and Payroll will be essential.
Your key responsibilities will include:
We seek a highly motivated individual with expertise in employment income tax and the ability to implement tax-related processes and solutions. You should have experience in Tax Law, Fiscal or Business Economics, and Accounting, along with knowledge of local and international tax regulations.
A tax certification (NBA), CPA, or similar qualification is advantageous. Fluent English and proficiency in tax software and MS Office are required.
Your analytical and problem-solving skills are strong, and you put a lot of effort in execution and detail.
To succeed in this role, you have the confidence to navigate in a culturally diverse matrix organization and possess the ability in getting operationally involved and getting things done.
