About the role
As a Technical Support Specialist (Level 1), you will be working alongside our Product team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting and maximizing customer’s success with Clerk.io’s software
- Answering requests regarding implementation, adaption, use cases and tech challenges.
- Talking to existing customers and helping them get the most out of their investment in Clerk.io’s software.
- Managing support chat, recording video explanations and answering phone and video calls.
Who we are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills with customers is a must; experience with customer service will be taken into high account
- It is an ultimate requirement that you are native or have professional proficiency in Danish and that you live in Denmark or are willing to relocate.
- Excellent English level (both written and spoken) is required; being proficient in Italian will also be highly valued.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn even more
- Basic skills in HTML, CSS, API calls are a big plus
- Due to the nature of this role, you must have great time management skills in order to follow several customers at the same time.
