Your responsibilities

  • Checking the validity of certificates, booking training, travel and accommodation
  • Administrative tasks - working with internal and external documents: certificates, gap matrixes agreements, work permissions etc. according to customer requirements and local legal requirements.
  • Ensuring that travel and accommodation are within the allocated budget.
  • Maintaining contact with external companies: training centres, car rental companies, medical centres etc.
  • Monitoring of the hours spent on the project
  • Processing of invoices and cost related to Project (checking their correctness)
  • Monitoring of the project progress and performance
  • Assist the project manager to evaluate project performance
  • Close cooperation with other departments to ensure and secure project
  • Reporting to: Project Manager

Our requirements

  • Available for full time office work form our office in Szczecin
  • Ability to work in rapidly changing environment.
  • English at intermediate level (writing & speaking).
  • Open and dedicated team player
  • Developed communication and analytical skills.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and organizing skills.
