The Compliance Coordinator supports the Legal & Compliance department.

The Compliance Coordinator is referring to the Department Manager of Compliance, with whom it has regular contact in the daily work.

A compliance coordinator helps ensure that a company is following legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements applicable to the company.

The Compliance Coordinator is a driver and stakeholder in ensuring and managing compliance concerning

projects and country presence, as well as ensuring that the company excels in global mobility.   


 Primary Responsibilities

Completing Hands on compliance tasks such as: 

- Applying for A1 Certificates and following up on the process through to completion and receipt of A1

certificate. Troubleshooting any issues/barriers to attaining the document that may arise.  

- Completing country specific compliance documentation for technicians, such as applying for tax ID

numbers, posting declarations, construction cards as necessary, etc.  

- Researching VISA/work permit options as necessary for staff and liaising with the relevant personnel

to ensure VISA/work permits are attained in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. 

- Developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance documentation (country legal requirements checklist, immigration policies, working hours guidelines, etc.)

- Ensuring and managing compliance in relation to projects and country presence. 

- Organizational business support through knowledge sharing.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Accuracy and attention to detail  

- Fluent in oral and written English
