Your responsibilities
· Supporting of Project Managers
· Doing research and reports
· Working with internal documents: contracts, certificates, work permissions, sensitive data etc. o administrative coordination: handling documents according to GDPR rules
· Maintaining close contact with Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Site Managers to ensure their expectations are met
· Minimization of costs by reasonable planning, reducing costs to meet budget scale presented by the projects
· Placing purchasing orders with suppliers and vendors to ensure delivery of services for the projects: trainings, accommodation, travels etc. (based on the Project Coordinator’s acceptance)
· Monitoring of effect and efficiency and continuous reporting to Head of Department
· Reporting information and ongoing cooperation with the administration: Bookkeepers, Account assistants, Controllers
· Performing other various tasks in agreement with Project Manager
