We're seeking a dedicated Recruiter to oversee our recruitment process, ensuring it is both efficient and professional. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers and various departments to identify and secure top talent. As a Recruiter, you'll be responsible for evaluating candidates' knowledge, skills, and competencies to ensure a perfect fit for the role. You'll meet staffing objectives by conducting thorough interviews and maintaining a positive representation of the company throughout the recruitment process. The Recruiter coordinates and prioritises their daily tasks in collaboration with the Recruitment Team.

This full-time, hybrid role can be based at one of our offices in North Shields or Bromley (UK), Fredericia (DK), Szczecin or Gdańsk (PL), or Porto (PT).

Recruiter Responsibilities:

  • Develop compelling job adverts aligned with company standards, placing them on relevant platforms based on hiring manager requirements.
  • Actively search for candidates through social media and other channels; research the best methods to reach candidates across various markets.
  • Vet applications, conduct initial screening calls, and select candidates to present to hiring managers.
  • Lead first interviews, arrange further interviews as needed, and verify candidates' qualifications, including language skills and professional experience.
  • Provide hiring managers with candidate recommendations based on interviews and assessments.
  • Notify candidates of outcomes, extend job offers, agree on start dates, and coordinate with other departments as necessary.
