Your responsibilities
- Checking the validity of certificates, booking training, travel and accommodation
- Administrative tasks - working with internal and external documents: certificates, gap matrixes agreements, work permissions etc. according to customer requirements and local legal requirements.
- Ensuring that travel and accommodation are within the allocated budget.
- Maintaining contact with external companies: training centres, car rental companies, medical centres etc.
- Monitoring of the hours spent on the project
- Processing of invoices and cost related to Project (checking their correctness)
- Monitoring of the project progress and performance
- Assist the project manager to evaluate project performance
- Close cooperation with other departments to ensure and secure project
- Reporting to: Project Manager
Our requirements
- Available for full time office work form our office in Gdańsk (Tryton Business House, ul. Jana z Kolna 11)
- Ability to work in rapidly changing environment.
- English at intermediate level (writing & speaking).
- Open and dedicated team player
- Developed communication and analytical skills.
- Advanced troubleshooting and organizing skills.
