Are you highly organised with a keen eye for detail? Do you thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Coordinator to join our Warehouse Team in North Shields.

About the Role:

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations through efficient administration and logistics management. You will ensure smooth processes, cost-effective coordination, and operational excellence while aligning with the company’s core values.

This role is essential in:

  • Enhancing operational efficiency by managing warehousing tasks and relieving other departments of logistical responsibilities.
  • Supporting effective planning, stock management, and cost control.
  • Ensuring adherence to company standards, compliance, and value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update master data in warehouse systems, including pricing of items.
  • Manage warehouse tools and systems (BC365, TraceTool, scanning systems, QR code systems, etc.).
  • Ensure GDPR compliance in all relevant processes.
  • Register and process incoming orders, create pick lists, and manage shipping/packing details.
  • Assist in coordinating the vehicle fleet, ensuring proper registration and tracking.
  • Create purchase orders and source necessary stock for warehouse needs.
  • Participate in annual stock counts.
  • Prepare invoices and credit notes in line with finance schedules.
  • Assist the Warehouse Manager with stock and financial reporting.
  • Handle various administrative and financial tasks as required.

  • Understanding of logistics and distribution processes.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Basic financial knowledge, including invoicing, credit notes, and reporting.
  • Ability to effectively coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
