About the job

As a leading provider of technology solutions for the shipping industry, we profoundly rely on digitizing our own operations. In this position, you will primarily underpin our commercial activities by strengthening the technical capabilities in our CRM system.

Joining our team, you'll play a pivotal role in managing, monitoring, and optimizing the Microsoft Dynamics 365 system, ensuring we work efficient, and data driven. With our evolving needs, we are seeking someone with a lean approach to prioritize tasks, ensuring efficient implementation, and securing a valuable output.

We have an idea of some of your future tasks, but with your expertise onboard, we expect to refine that selection. Here is an overview of the projects you can expect to be involved in:

  • Workshop facilitator about new functionalities.
  • Gathering business requirements and converting them into appropriate solutions using the Microsoft 365 platform.
  • Project management to onboard stakeholders and planning of projects in Azure DevOps or similar.
  • Create mock-ups of new potential solutions and blueprints of processes.
  • Train end-users in solutions to enhance system literacy.
  • Managing global rollouts of newly added features to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for standardization of work processes within and across business units.
  • Designing bespoke integration architecture and securing implementation of an IPaaS

You will operate from our headquarters placed in Farum (DK) but we'll collaborate to find a balance that accommodates for your needs of working remotely or on-site by agreements.

You will join a digital team which continuously learn and try to embrace emerging technologies to bring Danelec at the forefront of digitalization. Currently, the team consist of three employees and our core deliveries lies in data analytics, integrations, and CRM. We strive to be inclusive and open-minded to each other’s view on solutions.

We imagine you have a sound expertise in MS Dynamics 365 and know how to utilize the full potential of the platform. As a growing company with on-going M&A activities, excelling in master data management is imperative to ensure a unified understanding and being scalable to accommodate for our expanding portfolio of companies.

As an individual, you approach problem-solving methodically and systematically, quickly understanding and analyzing relatively complex issues. As a worldwide company, we communicate in English, where fluency in both written and spoken English is necessary to succeed in the position.
